CAN I HAVE MUSIC FROM A FAMOUS RECORDING ARTIST IN YOUR VIDEO?
As a professional company we only incorporate music into our videos for which we have paid a licence to use (not only is that the ethical thing to do, but we don't want anyone to be sued for copyright infringement either!). Therefore you aren't able to use your favourite Taylor Swift track in one of our videos I'm afraid.
However, we do have access to tens of thousands of professionally produced music tracks which have been recorded specifically for film makers. Such tracks are grouped by theme and emotion, so every taste is catered for. We are therefore confident we will be able to supply you with music that captures your style and which you love.
CAN YOUR VIDEOS BE LOADED ONTO SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS?
The simple answer is YES! Our videos are edited so that they can be used on the social media platforms you use - we ensure the video length and video format complies with platforms such as Twitter and Instagram so you can easily share them with your followers. Of course, if you do encounter any issues when trying to upload a video then please get in touch with us and we will talk you through the process - we never abandon out customers as we want you to be able to share our videos.
DO YOU INCLUDE YOUR OWN BRANDING ON YOUR VIDEOS?
This is an interesting question, as no, we prefer not to include our branding on videos we produce for our clients. We are VERY proud of the videos that we produce, and in our view, this is a video that we have made espically for you - once completed it is yourvideo. Of course, we would welcome it if you mention us when sharing your videos online!
CAN YOUR 'VIRTUAL' VIDEOS BE CUSTOMISED?
Yes we can customise a Virtual Gallery for you. The video length can be altered depending on the number of photos you wish to use. In addition, the shot sequence can be changed, as well as altering the 'camera' movement in shots to make it unique. Of course, with different music and a different pace of editing a virtual gallery video can be given a totally different feel and emotion.
I WOULD LIKE TO USE YOUR SERVICES BUT I AM NOT BASED IN THE UK, IS THAT AN ISSUE?
We have customers all across the world, so it doesn't matter where you are based, we have a service that we can offer you. If you are interested in one of our Virtual Gallery videos or you would like us to edit material you have filmed yourself then as long as you are able to send us the photos or video over the internet then we are able to work with you.
I WOULD LIKE TO SEND YOU MATERIAL TO EDIT BUT THE FILE SIZES ARE TOO LARGE TO EMAIL - HOW CAN I SEND YOU THE MATERIAL?
We recommend using free websites such as Dropbox or Wetransfer.com when sending your material to us as they allow you to send up to 2gb at a time (we usually use we.transfer.com when sending a HD quality video back to a client). If you have any any questions about using wetransfer.com then please let us know and we will guide you through the process.
